During non-peak periods, we aim for a 7-day turnaround for a standard septic pump out, and usually we will be able to attend within a few days of booking.

Please note - Services are currently delayed due to the heavy peak period, with a wait time of approx 2 weeks.

We are unable to confirm a service date when booking, however we can best service our customers if we understand their needs.

We understand that urgent situations can arise without warning and will always do our best to accommodate your requirement. If your drains are starting to gurgle, back up or overflow, let us know in the section below so we can prioritise your service accordingly.

How to Locate the Main Lid

Older style tanks are made of concrete and are almost always buried under the surface, usually below the level of your house foundation. The main access lid is quite large (around 1000mm x 700mm in size) and is the top most section of the tank itself. There will also be one or two IP (Inspection Points) along with a breather pipe. IP’s are only around 150mm in diameter and are most often at ground level, with a screw on cap. IP’s are usually found at the beginning and at the end of the septic tank, so somewhere between these 2 points you should find the lid.

We require the main lid to be accessible upon arrival. It is necessary to expose and dig up the entire lid for us to complete a service. If the main lid is not accessible when we arrive, we may not be able to pump out the tank.

We have a minimum charge of $300 which covers the full cost of the service and disposal for all tanks up to and including 3000L in size.

Any tank that is larger than 3000L incurs additional disposal charges priced at the rate of $0.06c per litre. The table below gives you a guide for price based on the volume of the waste.
